Ron Symon
Vice President of Lender Relations
As the Vice President of Lender Relations for PartnerWeekly, Ron Symon manages all sales and relationships for the company’s cash advance clients. He joined Selling Source in February 2009 as a Senior Sales Engineer working with cash advance lenders to build underwriting strategies using data mining and risk analytics. His experience later contributed the successful launch of RevEngine, an affiliate network and advertising agency serving non-cash verticals. Prior to that, he worked for BankServ, an Inc. 500 corporation providing Check 21 Remote Deposit software and ACH enterprise payment solutions whose clients included Intuit, Digital Insight, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. Ron served in the Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 as a military intelligence analyst and completed tours in Iraq, Israel, and Japan. He has earned advanced degrees in business management with concentrations in applied research and information utilization. His comprehensive background working in technology, performance marketing, and risk analytics provides a deep and necessary understanding perfect for helping lenders align their consumer marketing and acquisition strategies.

Hope Adriano
Director of Production, Cash
As Director of Production for PartnerWeekly, Hope oversees all project initiatives within the cash production team and ensures client vendor implementations are processed accurately from the time of insertion order execution to deployment. Her other responsibilities include monitoring statistical data and performance trends to ensure campaigns are running as expected. In addition, Hope develops and implements standard operating procedures and training documentation for the department. Hope joined Selling Source in 2004 as front office Receptionist and was quickly promoted to Online Marketing Coordinator—she then joined the PartnerWeekly team as Traffic Manager just a month later![]()
Lacy Evenson
Production Manager
As the production manager for PartnerWeekly, Lacy Evenson manages all of the lender campaigns daily. She oversees the Production Coordinators and together they ensure that all lender requests are handled in a timely manner and that all campaigns are operating properly, troubleshooting any issues that arise. She joined the Selling Source team in May 2005 working as the executive assistant and worked her way into Corporate Marketing before joining the PartnerWeekly team in March 2008 working as a production coordinator. Lacy has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from City University in Bellevue, WA. She worked as an executive assistant throughout college before moving to Las Vegas to join Selling Source.
